Bunkbed On Sale Designer Misty Spencer believes that just right appears to be like can come at any worth. "You don't have to have cash to create a lovely layout," says the landlord of Objects Living. "Design isn't approximately emblem names; it is about having issues around you that make you happy. " Spencer's own home is positioned in the middle of Fort Worth's Fairmount district, a neighborhood stuffed with houses constructed between 1880 & 1920.
"After taking a look at a few other houses that had prime problems or simply weird quirks, this house gave the impression to have all of it," she says. "Spaciousness, great light , a fabulous kitchen, & a ground plan that made feel. It just wanted a beauty makeover to suit my personal taste. " Spencer believes there are three portions to good layout: function, style and feeling.
"I believe while you to find that best possible combination, it adjustments the way you reside & transfer within the space," she says. "Mixing antique and new gadgets is essential. Vintage pieces have a history and a soul, & a place isn't the similar with out them. " Spencer has carried out this design philosophy in her Craftsman bungalow, which brims with quirky elegance and antique aptitude.
